Inteligencia artificial en la educación superior mexicana: implicaciones pedagógicas y éticas

Authors

Abstract

The introduction of artificial intelligence into higher education institutions poses new challenges in the pedagogical context. The various resources offered by this technology are used for teaching, learning, and research without minimal institutional consensus.

This essay proposes to consider two challenges that schools are facing with the use of artificial intelligence. The first refers to the pedagogical repercussions on the teaching-learning processes. The second refers to the ethical implications that need to be addressed.

We suggest that the ethical use of artificial intelligence in higher education institutions be addressed holistically. This entails considering actions in the normative, pedagogical, and communicative dimensions.
