Abstract

The proposal by Ignacio Fernández and Rodrigo Zambrano on redarchic leadership, outlined in 8 chapters, presents a comparative analysis between hierarchical leadership and the proposal for redarchic leadership to a certain extent. At the same time, it describes how the redarchic articulator (leader) works to connect, coordinate, and guide members toward excellence in relationships, processes, and results, and then moves on to the methodology that will enable the articulation of that collaborative network.
